In its yearly ranking of the worst Halloween candy, the tri-colored pure sugar cones topped the list. CandyStore.com surveyed 30,000 people and analyzed other Halloween candy rankings to come to its conclusion. Candy corn beat out last year's winner of circus peanuts for most hated trick-or-treat fare.
